Pulled the trigger. 😳

This wrist shot is distorted by the wide-angle macro lens on the iPhone. The Terraluna actually looks smaller on me in the metal. While it is thick, it doesn’t wear any significantly bigger than my Portugieser Perpetual Calendar. (My wrist is flexed backw

“Meandering” indeed.

Boarding a flight to SoCal to see the Lange Richard Lange Perpetual Calendar Terraluna in the metal today. I’ll try to post photos and first impressions afterwards.

Anyone have direct experience with the ALS Richard Lange Perpetual Calendar Terraluna?

I’m scheduled to have a look at one and am curious if anybody has had an opportunity to wear it. I’m not really put off by the 45mm diameter (I’ve worn larger on my 7 1/4” - 7 1/2” wrist) but the thing is >16mm thick. I’ve been enchanted by the watch in c

This is my second favorite perpetual calendar from Lange

after the Richard Lange Terraluna (which is probably my ultimate “grail watch”). I particularly like the reference in platinum with the silver dial. I’ve been disappointed that Lange has pretty much given up on the Sax-O-Mat caliber. Earlier this week, st

Given the financial commitment, would you be getting this preowned?

I'm asking because of the vast price difference between new vs. preowned. I think there's a 45-50% difference between new vs. preowned for the RL Tourbillon PLM and the Terraluna. If you were planning get one of these new, you could get them both preowned

Those are some big, beautiful watches.

I was going to say that the Terraluna is awfully large, but then I saw that you own a Lange 31! Like you, I find most chronographs unappealing. It took me many years to warm up to the Datograph (first generation), which I have come to enjoy. You also ment

The Lange 31 is a crazy watch!

I played with them a few times years ago, but I forgot what the winding experience felt like. Pretty cool though. A gigantic piece, both the Lange 31 and the Terraluna (which I always associated with the Lange 31 because I'd see them near each other in th
